UPDATE: The Sims 4: Vintage Glamour Stuff Pack

By  |

It’s always a nice surprise to wake up and see new announcements from The Sims. In fact; I wasn’t expecting a stuff pack only a month after the release of the last Expansion Pack, “The Sims 4: City Living” which Im sure a lot of you are still sinking your teeth into. But it seems that Christmas has come early this year! “The Sims 4: Vintage Glamour Stuff Pack” will be available for download in Australia on the 7th of December 2016, way before Santa arrives.

Personally, I always find that there isn’t quite enough content in Stuff Packs, but from checking out the official trailer, I hope there are plenty of exciting additions on the way. The new Vanity Table and the 16th Century Globe Bar are clearly the superstars here from the looks of it, and I am loving the new interactions they bring. along. Another main addition will be the new service available to your homes and apartments, the return of the Butler NPC. Cooking, cleaning, repairing — the Butler is here to do the mundane household tasks while the rich and snobby Sims are enjoying the high-life. I hope they get some down time too!

The super cool 1920’s, Black and Gold, “Art Deco” style of the furnishings and decorations fit the Vintage/Glamorous theme perfectly. While the pack is clearly based on the furnishings, I’m hoping there will be more fashion choices than what is included in the trailer. I would love to have some more sparkly “Gatsby”, 1920’s style cocktail dresses for my sims. Especially those living in their penthouses in the sky, attending private parties, dancing and finding a new love every night… I guess we only have a week to wait!

My name is Alexandra Eve. I’m from Australia. I started playing Sims in 2001. I own every Sims game released on PC. Aside from video games, I also enjoy other things such as travel, photography, exploring, swimming, the ocean and long walks in nature. I love Disney, a little too much. Selling Travel by Daylight, Reading or Playing Games by Moonlight. I’m really a mermaid. You can also read her blog which is right here here.
